摘要
采用氧-乙炔火焰喷涂技术在Mg-8.5Li合金表面制备Al2O3/TiO2涂层。研究了涂层的组织形貌、抗热振性能和抗中性盐水腐蚀性能。结果表明,采用氧-乙炔火焰喷涂技术可在镁-锂合金基体上获得致密、具有一定结合强度且抗腐蚀性能良好的Al2O3/TiO2涂层。
The Al2O3/TiO2 coating has been applied on Mg-8.5Li Mg-Li alloy material surface using oxygen-acetylene flame spraying technology, the coating structure morphology has been investigated. The thermal vibration resistance and anti-neutral salt solution corrosion of Al2O3/TiO2 coating being applied by oxygen-acetylene flame have been investigated as well. The results show that a compact Al2O3/TiO2 coating on Mg-Li alloy material with a certain combination strength and good corrosion resistance can be prepared using oxygen-acety-lene flame spraying techniques.
