城市区域内铁路工业站转型的思考

Thoughts on Transfer of Railway Industrial Station inside Urban Area

由于城市化进程的加快,各城市对城市工业区内的传统企业进行关闭或迁出改革,长期服务于传统工业企业的城市铁路工业站面临着转型和发展的压力。提出城市区域内铁路工业站转型的5种模式,并对5种转型模式的适用性进行分析。以石景山南站为例,通过比较分析5种转型模式的优劣,提出将石景山南站改造成为丰台西编组站辅助站的可能性和现实价值。

For fast speed of urbanization process,the traditional enterprises inside industrial area are closed up or moved out of reform in each city,so the urban railway industrial station which servicing to traditional industrial enterprises in long-term faces pressure of transfer and development.This paper puts forward 5 transfer modes of railway industrial stations inside urban area,and analyzes the applicability of the 5 modes.By taking Shijingshan South Station as example and comparatively analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the 5 modes,the paper puts forward the feasibility and actual value of transferring Shijingshan South Station into auxiliary station of Fengtai West Formation Station.
