摘要
目的对平人大暑、处暑和秋分的脉图模型及其参数变化规律进行比较研究。方法采用高精度智能机械手中医脉诊信息采集分析系统,对42例受试者在大暑、处暑、秋分节气的前后3天进行信号采集,应用正弦函数谐波拟合方法构建脉图模型,并对脉图参数进行最小二乘回归分类分析。结果大暑、处暑两个节气及大暑、秋分两个节气的脉图参数差异较大;处暑、秋分两个节气的脉图参数差异相对较小。左、右关脉位和右寸第7次谐波的相位是区分大暑和处暑脉图的重要参数;左、右关脉位和右寸相位7、左寸相位9是区分大暑和秋分脉图的重要参数;左手寸部相位6、关部相位11、尺部的相位3和能量8是区分处暑与秋分脉图的重要参数。夏季的大暑与秋季的处暑、秋分相比,右手入选参数是左手的两倍;秋季的处暑与秋分相比,左手入选参数是右手的2.8倍。结论夏秋季脉图参数有明显变化,秋季的处暑和秋分比较脉图参数变化较小。脉位和频域参数在分类中的作用明显大于时域参数。
Objective To compare the pulse image models and parameter variations in healthy persons at Dashu (Great Heat, the 12th solar term), Chushu (limit of heat, the 14th solar term) and Qiufen (autumnal equinox, the 16th solar term).Methods The signals of 42 subjects were collected with precision smart robot pulse diagnosis information acquisition and analysis system on three days before and after Dashu, Chushu and Qiufen. The sine function harmonic fitting method was used to build the pulse image model and the least squares regression method was used to analyze the pulse parameters. Results The pulse parameters were quite different between Dashu and Chushu and between Dashu and Qiufen. The pulse parameters between Chushu and Qiufen were slightly different. The pulse positions of left bar and right bar and harmonic phase 7 on the right inch were the important parameters to distinguish the pulse image at Dashu and Chushu. The pulse positions of left bar and right bar, harmonic phase 7 on the right inch and harmonic phase 9 on the left inch were the important parameters to distinguish the pulse image at Dashu and Qiufen. The harmonic phase 6 on the left inch, harmonic phase 11 on the left bar, harmonic phase 3 on the left cubit and energy 8 were the important parameters to distinguish the pulse image at Chushu and Qiufen. Comparing with Dashu in summer and Chushu and Qiufen in autumn, the selected parameters of the right hand were twice as many as those of the left hand. Comparing with Chushu and Qiufen in autumn, the selected parameters of the left hand were 2. 8 times as many as those of the right hand. Conclusion The pulse parameters change obviously in summer and autumn. The pulse parameters change slightly at Chushu and Qiufen in autumn. The parameters of pulse position and frequency domain are more effective in classifying than the parameters of time domain.
