摘要
针对我国日益提升的交通需求和拥堵状况,城市智能交通控制系统的研究是目前必须加强研究的重要课题。智能化城市交通控制系统软件的设计,要从十字路口车辆拥堵检测与疏导、车辆交通参数检测与统计、道路治安卡口车辆检测、车辆违章检测电子警察、车辆异常行为检测识别、车辆3G定位跟踪控制、车辆不停车收费与统计七个方面进行设计,以解决城市交通所面对的众多问题。
For China's growing traffic demand and congestion, the study on city intelligent traffic control system becomes an important task at present. The software design of intelligent tral control system for the city traffic should be based on seven aspects including crossroad traffic congestion detection and relief, vehicle traffic parameter detection and statistics, vehicle detection of traffic police post, vehicle rule-violation detection of electronic police, vehicle abnormal behavior detection and recognition, vehicle 3G positioning, tracking and controlling, vehicle non-stopping charging and statistics, thus to solve the numerous problems faced by the city traffic.
