摘要
光纤到户(FTTH)是近几年国内电信行业极力推广并不断加大建设规模的应用模式。了解了FTTH用户的入户布线形式、FTTH用户语音业务的原理、FTTH语音业务使用到的网元和网络拓扑,以及FTTH语音业务使用的协议,便于电信维护人员处理各种FTTH用户语音障碍。FTTH语音用户是软交换网中的宽带语音用户,FTTH用户的呼叫过程由软交换网的呼叫控制中心SS通过H.248协议控制完成。这里列举了跟踪H.248协议消息,处理FTTH用户语音故障的案例。
FTTH （fiber to the home） is an application pattern increasingly promoted and expanded in domestic telecommunications industry in recent years. Through understanding the home wiring form of FTTH user, the principle, the network element and network topology, and the agreement of FTTH voice service, the telecommunications maintenance personnel could conveniently deal with various failures of FTTH user voice service. FTTH voice user is the broadband voice user in softswitch network, and its call is completed through H. 248 protocol control of the softswitch network call control center SS. This paper cites some cases in tracking H. 248 protocol messages and fixing the failure of FTTH user voice service.
