子痫前期患者胎盘组织中LIF和CD105的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨子痫前期患者胎盘组织中白血病抑制因子(LIF)和CD105的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法,对20例正常孕妇(对照组)和45例子痫前期患者(其中轻度子痫前期患者25例,重度子痫前期患者20例)的胎盘组织中LIF和CD105表达水平进行检测,并分析两者的相关性。结果与对照组比较,子痫前期组胎盘组织中LIF的表达明显降低(P<0.01);而轻度子痫前期组与重度子痫前期组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。子痫前期组CD105表达较对照组明显升高(P<0.01);重度子痫前期组较轻度子痫前期组明显升高(P<0.01)。对照组及子痫前期组胎盘组织中的LIF与CD105的表达均呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论子痫前期患者胎盘组织中LIF表达减弱,而CD105表达增强,两者呈负相关,可能共同参与了子痫前期的病理生理过程。 Objective To study the expression and the role of LIF and CDI05 in placenta of patients with preeclampsia. Methods 20 normal pregnant women( control group) and 45 women with preeclampsia (25 of mild preeclampsia group; 20 of severe preeclampsia group) were selected. The expression level of LIF and CD105 in placenta among the three groups were determined by immunohistochemistry and analysed the relationship of the two factors. Results The expression of LIF in normal placenta was significantly higher than those in preeclampsia placenta( P 〈 0.01 ) ; but there was no statistically difference between mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia ( P 〉 0.05). The expression of CDI05 in preeclampsia placenta was significantly higher than that in controls ( P 〈 0. O1 ), and was significantly higher in severe preeclampsia placenta than that in mild group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Negatively correlation between the LIF and CD105 was found both in study groups and control group( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The low expression of LIF and high expression of CD105 in preeclampsia with negative correction indicate that they may induce the occurrence and development of preeclampsia.
