主动脉内球囊反搏置入时机对高危冠脉介入术患者预后的影响及相关因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)在高危冠脉介入治疗(PCI)过程中的置入时机及其对患者预后的影响。方法对65例IABP置入的高危PCI患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果与术后置入IABP组相比,术前置入IABP组的院内和30d病死率均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析显示,PCI后置入IABP是30d患者死亡的危险因素(OR=3.16,95%CI1.50~6.51,P<0.01)。结论和术后置入IABP相比,对于高危PCI患者,术前预防性置入IABP可以有效的降低院内和术后30d死亡的发生率。
