摘要
采用文献资料法、访谈法对我国及部分地市高危性体育运动项目的管理制度进行了分析,其中重点分析了安徽省大众游泳、漂流等高危性体育运动项目的管理制度和安全事故的发生原因,最后提出了完善安徽省高危性体育项目管理制度的建议,旨在加强安徽省高危性体育项目经营活动的管理,保护消费者的正当权益和人身安全.
By the methods of document consultation and interview, the paper analyses the management system of highly dangerous sports in our country and some provinces and cities, and focuses on the management system and the reason of security accident for public swimming, drift and other highly dangerous sports in Anhui. It puts forward to some suggestions for perfecting the Anhui province management system on the highly dangerous sports finally, and aimes at strengthening the Anhui highly dangerous sports business management, protecting the legitimate rights and security of consumers.
