摘要
利用自制的冲击波分段模拟舱 ,对 6 0只家兔和 2 0只大鼠进行了冲击波分段模拟实验。结果表明 ,肺冲击伤可能主要发生在冲击波减压段 ;冲击波压缩段可能不直接引起明显的肺损伤 。
The lung injury effects of the three phases of shock wave were correspondingly simulated by those of the various pressure waves generated by our designed equipment,and a total of 60 rabbits and 20 rats was used to the related simulation experiments.The experimental results show that the lung blast injury probably occur primarily during the decompression phase of shock wave,and the recompression phase of shock wave probably do not cause obvious lung injury,but significantly influence lung injury effects of the continuing decompression phase of shock wave.
