县域小微企业员工对企业绩效管理主观评价的影响因素分析——以江西南城县为例 被引量:1

摘要 利用江西省南城县调查数据,运用一般多元回归模型从员工视角实证分析了影响员工对企业绩效管理的主观评价因素。结果表明:在员工个体及家庭特征因素中,身体健康状况、务工收入对其主观评价有重要影响;在工作环境因素中,工作时间安排与工作待遇满意度影响显著;此外职业素养也是影响其对企业绩效管理主观评价的重要因素。依此得出:要提高员工对县域小微企业的绩效管理的评价,需要依据小微企业自身特点,提高员工待遇、加大员工培训、注重员工心理的政策启示。 This paper, using the General Multivariate regression model, analyzed factors affecting em- ployees' subjective evaluation of enterprise performance management from the perspective of employees based on data collected in Nancheng County, Jiangxi Province. It found that in the employees' individual and family characteristics, physical condition and wage income are factors significantly affecting their subjective evalua- tion. In terms of working conditions, satisfaction degree about the work hour arrangement and treatment is of remarkable influence. In addition, the employees' professionalism is also an important factor affecting the sub- jective evaluation of corporate performance management. It is concluded that in order to improve employees' e- valuation of the county' s small and micro enterprises, we need to improve employees' treatment, intensify their training, and pay close attention to their psychological changes according to its own characteristics of small and micro enterprises.
