摘要
在中国经济社会发展的不同历史阶段,人才的定义与人才学的定位历经嬗变,人才问题研究的方向、方式和方法也各异。从总体上看,可以分为三个阶段,即古代人才理论、传统人才学和构建中的现代人才学。如今,随着知识经济时代的到来,人才的内涵、外延、形态、地位、作用等均发生了根本性变化,古代人才理论的影响力式微,传统人才学也面临着理论供给力不足、社会效用递减的困境,甚至出现了西方人力资源管理理论和人力资本理论轮番领跑中国人才学研究的被动局面。这就需要根据中国经济转轨、社会转型、文化转生的特殊历史条件,顺应知识经济时代资源配置的客观需求,在解构古代人才理论和传统人才学的基础上,重塑中国的现代人才学。
Talent Studies is a traditional subject in China. The definition of talent and the content and position of Talent Studies have changed many times in the various economic-social development stages, while the direction, the means and the ways of Talent Studies have also been different. Nowadays, with the new era of globalization, the definition, connation, content, form, and role of Talent Studies have completely changed. Traditional Talent Studies has found itself more and more difficult to explain many economic-social phenomena theoretically and is in danger of being replaced by Western Human Resources Theory and Human Capital Theory. That is why we have to adjust to the subjective needs of resources deployment in the era of globalization and to rebuild China's Talent Studies based on the deconstruction of the traditional theoretical paradigm.
