医学院校医学人文教育的缺失与传统文化的救赎

当前医学教育存在重视医学科学教育、轻视医学人文教育的现状。医学人文教育缺失的原因有二：一是思想认识的不足，二是实践环节的不足。医学教育中导入中国传统文化的学习，可以弥补医学人文教育的缺失。传统文化的价值追求主要表现为对生命的关怀，并蕴含丰富的人道主义思想。医学人文教育的重要内容是阐扬医学人道主义精神。传统文化的学习可以培养医学生的德行，开启智慧，构建和谐心灵家园。

Putting emphasis on medical science education and looking down on medical hu- manistic education is the situation in medical colleges. Reasons of absence of medical humanistic edu- cation are as follows, one is the insufficient understanding of medical humanism and the other is the lack of practice. Learning traditional culture can make up for the deficiency of medical humanities education. Caring life and humanitarian spirit is the main value of traditional culture and expounding medical humanitarian spirit plays an important part in medical humanities education. Traditional culture education will cultivate student＇s virtue, open up the wisdom and construct the harmonious spiritual home.
