摘要
战略转换是组织适应动态竞争环境的根本手段,由于决策者的认知能力低、资源刚性和组织惯性等原因,致使战略转换过程中存在诸多风险。战略转换风险控制的关键在于:在战略柔性支撑的基础上,通过战略转换的需求和障碍分析,选择适当的战略转换方式,并通过加强组织学习来进一步提高战略转换风险控制的能力。
Strategic conversion is the basic means for organization to adapt to dynamic competitive environment.Many risks exist in the process of strategic conversion because of the cognitive ability of decision makers,the rigidity of resource,the organization inertia and other reasons.The key links for risk control of strategic conversion to operate effectively lie in that: based on the support of flexible strategy,the demands and barriers for strategic conversion must be analyzed to select appropriate mode for strategic conversion.The ability for risk control of strategic conversion can be improved by strengthening the capability of organizational learning.
