文革叙事中的批判与反思——以严歌苓的《白蛇》为例

Criticism and Reflection in the Narration of Cultural Revolution —Using Yan Geling's White Snake as an example

移居海外后的严歌苓偏爱用"文革"叙事来塑造中国形象,但作家在"文革"叙事中并不做道德审判,而是惯以一种冷静的基调挖掘出动乱年代中的扭曲人性。在严歌苓"文革"题材作品中,最具开拓性意义的当属小说《白蛇》。在这部小说中,严歌苓不仅对特殊时代的人性进行了考察,还不带偏见地对同性情爱给予了某种认同和理解,创作出了一部纯净的反映"文革"同性之情的小说,并以此对中国的历史、政治、文化以及国民劣根性进行了相当程度的反思。

After emigrating oversea, Yan Geling is partial to the creation of Chinese image by using the narration of ＂cultural revolution＂. However, in the narration of ＂cultural revolution＂, he didnt make any moral criticism, but created the twisted humanities in the year of upheaval with one calm tone. In his works about ＂ cultural revolution＂ , his novel ＂white snake＂ is one with the pioneering value. In this work, he not only made a survey for the human nature in the special times, but also gave the acknowledge and understanding for the ho- mosexual, and created one pure novel reflecting the homosexual in the period of ＂cultural revolution＂. In this way, he has made a deep reflection on the history, the politics, the culture of China and the inherent weakness of our nation.
