摘要
根据磁流变减振器的工作原理提出一种汽车磁流变减振器的机械结构,利用FEM方法寻求机械结构的薄弱环节,优化了磁流变减振器的机械结构,考核了磁流变减振器的动态特性,为新型汽车磁流变减振器开发奠定了基础。
A new type automobile MRF absorber's mechanism structure is presented in this paper,which is based on MRF principle.The mechanism's weak position is found by using FEM method.The MRF absorber's mechanism structure is optimized.The paper also verifies dynamic characteristic of MRF absorber.This will provide basic foundation for the development of new type automobile MRF absorber.
