摘要
利用101、102、103、104、106、108等6份不同遗传类型的大白菜材料,按Griffing方法Ⅱ配制完全双列杂交,考察单株重、叶球重、净菜率、软叶率、粗纤维含量、可溶性糖含量等6个性状,研究其遗传规律.结果表明上述性状的遗传符合加性-显性模型,6个性状的广义遗传力达分别为82.133%、44.196%、87.000%、97.297%、60.335%、72.045%,狭义遗传力分别为73.170%、39.732%、33.333%、27.027%、59.777%、21.489%,遗传相关分析表明单株重与叶球重、净菜率、粗纤维含量的相关、叶球重与净菜率的相关、软叶率与净菜率达显著水平.其余性状间的相关未达显著水平.
Complete diall hybrid design of Griffing method II is used to investigate the genetic characteristics of Chi- nese cabbage breeding lines, 101,102,103,104,106 and 108. 6 traits including weight per plant, weight of head, percentage of net production, soft leaf rate, crude fiber content and soluble sugar content are investigated. The results show that the hB2 of the above traits are 82. 133% ,44. 196% ,87.000% ,97.297% ,60. 335% ,72. 045%, and the hN2 are 3. 170% ,39. 732% ,33. 333% ,27.027% ,59. 777% and 21. 489%, respectively. Genetic correlation analysis indicates that there are significant correlations between weight per plant and the weight of head, percentage of net production, or crude fiber conten. Besides, percentage of net production significantly correlates with weight of head and soft leaf rate. There is no significant correlation for others characters
