摘要 居民可以自己发电卖给电网吗?回答是肯定的,传统的电网卖电居民购电模式将被改写。微博名为@和海一样的新能源的北京居民,经过三个月的忙碌,在自家屋顶上建了一座不光可以发电,还能把电卖给国家电网的“微型发电站”.1月25日,这个项目完成与国家电网的并网工作,开始正式向国家电网“卖电”
