摘要
结合对众多译名实例的分析,阐述英语电影片名翻译中应遵循的四大原则:忠实影片内容,协调中西文化,制造商业效应,体现艺术美感,并探讨各原则的顺序与层次,以期为目前尚无统一标准的电影片名翻译领域做出有益的探索。
This paper, through analysis of movie tide examples, puts forward four basic principles, namely, essence faithfulness, cultural coordination, commercial appeal and aesthetic value, as well as their sequence and level, with an aim to provide some useful references for the building of translation criteria concerning movie titles.
