加强区域经济合作能有效实现合作区域内的资源自由流动和高效配置,长期以来,毕节试验区由于诸多因素影响,区域经济合作虽然取得一定成效,但与毕节试验区经济社会发展要求存在较大差距,当前充分利用区域内各种比较优势资源,加快区域经济合作成为毕节试验区新一轮改革发展的迫切要求。在分析现状基础上,找出合作中的不足,并结合毕节试验区资源禀赋特点,由点及面提出毕节试验区新一轮改革发展区域经济合作的思路。
