安络化纤丸治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化疗效观察及治疗前后FibroScan值变化

Observation the influence and investigate the clinical value of FibroScan of Anluohuaxian capsule on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B patients

目的安络化纤丸对慢性肝炎患者肝纤维化指标的影响。并初步分析FibroScan弹性值测定在乙型肝炎后肝纤维化患者中的应用价值。方法将120例慢性乙肝患者随机分为两组。对照组60例，予常规护肝治疗；治疗组60例，在对照组用药的基础上给予安络化纤丸6g／次，早晚各1次，服用6个月。对比分析治疗前后血清透明质酸（HA）、层粘连蛋白（LN）、HI型前胶原（PCm）、Ⅳ型胶原（Ⅳ-C）水平的变化及采用彩色多普勒超声仪检测门静脉内径、肝动脉收缩期最大流速／门静脉流速（A／P）、脾脏厚度及FibroScan值。结果治疗组治疗后血清PCⅢ、HA、IV—C及门静脉内径、脾脏厚度与治疗前相比有显著降低（P〈0．05），FibroScan值、A／P明显改善（P〈0．05），与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论安络化纤丸具有阻止和逆转慢性肝炎肝纤维化的作用，FibroScan对病情预后诊断价值较高。

Objective To observe the influence of Anluohuaxian capsule on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B patients, and investigate the clinical value of FibroScan on patients with liver failure induced by HBV inection. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 60）and control group （n = 60）. The treatment group was treated with Anluohuaxian capsule, the control group was given conventional therapy. The levels of serum HA, Pc-m, rv-c were compared before and after treatment. The internal diameter of portal vein, A/P in the period of contraction of arteria hepatica and thickness of spleen were detected by color Doppler and liver stiffness measure （FibroScan）. Results The levels of serum HA, PC-III, 1V-C, the internal diameter of portal vein and thickness of spleen in the treatment group after treatment were obviously lower than those in control group. Liver stiffness measure（ FibroScan）, A/P in the period of contraction of arteria hepatica improved obviously （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Anluohuaxian capsule can prevent and deteriorate the hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis, and FibroScan has diagnostic value in predicting patients with liver failure induced by HBV infection.
