农药中毒等致急性胃扩张的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of acute gastric dilatation caused by pesticide poisoning

目的探讨农药中毒及其他原因引起的急性胃扩张的手术治疗效果。方法对21例急性胃扩张患者的病因、临床表现、诊断、手术适应证、手术方法和手术结果进行回顾性分析。结果21例中漏误诊者8例，手术后14例成活，7例死亡。结论对农药中毒及其他原因引起的急性胃扩张进行积极的手术治疗是挽救生命的有效措施之一。

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment effect on acute gastric dilatation caused by pesticide poisoning and other reasons. Methods The etiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, surgical indications, surgical techniques and surgical outcomes of 21 patients with acute gastric dilatation were retrospectively analyzed. Results Eight cases of 21 cases were misdiagnosis, 14 patients survived after operation, and 7 cases were died. Conclusions Surgical treatment is one of the effective measures to save lives for patients with acute gastric dilatation caused by pesticide poisoning and other reasons.
