护理干预对心脏介入术后患者的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on patients after interventional cardiology

目的探讨护理干预对心脏介入术后患者的影响。方法将德州市人民医院收治的80例心脏介入患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，观察组给予综合护理干预，对照组给予心内科常规护理，比较两组患者术后并发症的发生情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组，观察组患者的护理满意度为100％，对照组患者的护理满意度为68％，观察组显著高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论为心脏介入患者实施综合护理干预能有效消除患者的紧张情绪，减少术后并发症的发生率，加强临床护士的整体素质，使护理水平得到显著提升，提高护理满意度，值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients after cardiology interventional application. Methods Eighty cardiac involvement patients in the people＇ s hospital of Dezhou were divided into observation group（40 cases） and control group （40 cases）, observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, the control group were given heart conventional nursing care, and the differences of the postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction between observation group and control group were compared.Results The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, and observation group＇ s nursing satisfaction was 100% , the control group＇ s nursing satisfaction was 68% , there was significant differ- ences between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Using comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with heart intervention, can effectively eliminate the tension of patients, reduce the incidence rates of postoperative complications, strengthen the overall quality of clinical nurses, and significantly improve nursing level and nursing satisfaction, so it is worth of application in clinical practice.
