摘要
考虑失效(安全)状态的模糊性以及设计变量和设计参数的区间性,研究复合材料基于模糊状态下随机变量和区间变量共存时结构的可靠度优化设计。算例考虑单层复合材料强度指标的随机性、设计变量或材料参数的区间性以及极限状态的模糊性,结果说明所提出的基于模糊状态的混合可靠度模型和计算方法的合理性及有效性。同时,对模糊状态以及区间性的影响进行分析和讨论,研究发现极限状态的模糊性、设计变量或材料参数的区间性对可靠性分析及优化设计结果有较大影响。
Considering the fuzziness of failure (safety) state and the mixed uncertainties, fuzzy reliability model and fuzzy reliability-based optimum design mode were proposed. In the composite fuzzy reliability optimum example, the five strength parameters were considered as random parameters, the mechanical properties as interval parameters and the safe sate as fuzzy state. The results illustrate the validity and efficiency of the model proposed. By using the model and the computation method developed, the reliability of composites can be evaluated more rationally and synthetically. The influences of fuzzy state and interval variable on the assessed reliability are discussed too. The results show that the fuzzy state and the interval mechanical properties have great influences on the reliability and reliability optimum design.
