摘要
本研究采用分子印迹技术,以磺胺为目标分子,环氧树脂为功能单体,二乙烯三胺为交联剂,聚乙二醇1000为致孔剂,合成对磺胺分子有强选择性的分子印迹聚合物。以此聚合物为磺胺分子的特异性识别物质,选择高锰酸钾-甲醛-磺胺化学发光体系,结合流动注射分析技术,建立了测定磺胺的高选择性分子印迹-化学发光分析方法。方法的线性范围为1.0×10-6~3.0×10-4 mol/L,相关系数r2=0.9968,检出限为6.0×10-8 mol/L,对5.0×10-5 mol/L磺胺溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为3.7%。利用此方法成功测定了合成样品中磺胺的含量。
A molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared by molecular imprinting technique using sulfanilamide as the template molecule, epoxy resin as the monomer, polyethylene glycol as the hole agent and a large excess of diethylenetriamine as the cross-linking reagent. This polymer was used for the identification of sulfanilamide molecule. The chemiluminescence intensity responded linearly to the concentration of sulfanilamide within 1.0 × 10-6-3.0 ×10-4 mol/L with a detection limit of 6.0 × 10-8 mol/L. The relative standard deviation for 5.0 ;K 10-s mol/L of sulfanilamide was 3. 7% (n = 11). The results showed that the imprinted polymer exhibited much higher affinity for sulfanilamide among the tested compounds, and the recovery results were satisfactory.
