生物药剂学分类系统在难溶性药物处方设计中的应用 被引量:19

摘要 基于药品的生物药剂学分类系统探讨能够提高难溶性药物溶解度、溶出度和口服生物利用度的可行处方方案,并对代表性难溶性药物的处方进行了综述。通过文献分析,总结能够提高难溶性药物溶解度的方法。生物药剂学分类系统可为有难度的药物开发工作提供指导。增加难溶性药物溶解度和/或溶解速率是提高其口服生物利用度的有效方法。更好地了解药物的理化性质和各个处方方案的限制,才能有针对性地开发难溶性药物的处方。
