国产与进口培美曲塞治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效比较

Comparation of the curative effect of domestic pemetrexed and imported pemetrexed on advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨国产与进口培关曲塞治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的，临床疗效。方法将40例确诊为晚期非小细胞肺癌的患者随机分成两组，均给予单用培美曲塞治疗方案，采用相同用法用量，A组20例，选用国产培美曲塞，B组20例，选用进口培美曲塞。3周为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果两组间疗效指标与不良反应比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论国产培美曲塞与进口培美曲塞相比，疗效、安全性相近，性价比高，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of domestic pemetrexed and imported premetrexed advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Forty patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups, group A （20 cases） received domestic pemetrexed, group B （20 cases） were treated by imported pemetrexed. A treatment cycle was 21 days. The effects of each group were observed after 2 treatment cycles. Results There was no significantly difference in the effective rate or the rate of adverse reaction between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions Domestic pemetrexed has the same effect as imported pemetrexed on advanced non- small cell lung cancer, but it has lower price.
