磷酸肌酸钠治疗脓毒性心肌损害疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察外源性磷酸肌酸钠对脓毒性心肌损害的治疗效果。方法将50例脓毒性心肌损害患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上，给予磷酸肌酸钠1．0g加入5％葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水100ml静脉滴注，30—45min内滴完，2次／d，治疗组和对照组于治疗前及治疗后第1、3、7天分别静脉取血，行血肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）检查。结果治疗后第1、3、7天治疗组血肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）分别为（5．12±0．98）、（0．37±0．03）、（0．43±0．05）μg/L，明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论磷酸肌酸钠治疗脓毒性心肌损害的疗效确切。
