摘要
采用Creo软件对液压支架进行快速建模,然后利用其机构模块对支架的降柱、升柱和移架等运动过程进行动态仿真,并进行动态干涉检查。通过机构的运动仿真,优化了产品设计,缩短了新产品的开发周期,提高了产品的可靠性。
The model of the hydraulic support was built rapidly by using Creo. And then, the support ascension, descension and moving process were simulated with the mechanism module of Creo, and the dynamic interference was checked up. Based on the kinematic simulation, the design process of the support was optimized, thus the development period shortened and the reliability of the support improved greatly.
