对旋式轴流通风机内部流场测试与分析

Testing and analysis on flow field inside counter-rotating axial flow fan

采用球形压力五孔探针对对旋式轴流通风机的内部流场进行测试,主要测量了通风机级间沿叶高的速度与压力分布,包括气流轴向偏角、气流轴向速度分量、气流径向速度分量、前级出口的静压分布和总压分布。试验得出了通风机在3种不同工况,即大流量工况、额定工况和小流量工况下的流场数据。

The flow field inside a counter-rotating axial flow fan was tested by the five-hole spherical probe. The velocity and pressure distribution between fan stages along the blade height were mainly measured, which involved axial deviation angle of air flow, axial velocity component of air flow, radial velocity component of air flow, static pressure distribution and total pressure distribution at the outlet of the preceding stage. After the test, the data about the flow field in large flow rate mode, rated flow rate mode and small flow rate mode of the fan were obtained.
