摘要
回转支承是排土机回转机构的核心部分,它对排土机的安全高效运行至关重要。对常规回转支承进行了较大的结构改进,并用SolidWorks的Simulation对优化后的回转支承进行了分析,证明了改进的合理性。对回转支承进行了非线性有限元分析,得到其接触应力云图和总变形云图,证明其能够满足使用要求,为回转机构的设计提供了参考。
The slewing support is an important component of the slewing mechanism in the overburden spreader, and it is of significance for safe and effective operation of the overburden spreader. In the paper, the conventional slewing support was structurally optimized, and SolidWorks Simulation was applied to analyze the optimized slewing support. The analysis results verified the reasonableness of the optimization. In addition, nonlinear FEA for the slewing support was conducted, and the contact stress contours and overall displacement contours were obtained, which proved that the slewing support could meet with the service requirements. The optimization offered references for the design of the slewing mechanism.
