摘要 详细介绍了中信重工机械股份有限公司为德兴铜矿设计制造的φ10.37m×5.19m半自磨机和φ7.32m×10.68m球磨机的低压电气控制系统,包括控制系统的组成、配置及主要控制功能等。首次采用了超大功率双电动机驱动方式,实现全液体较厚油膜润滑,功耗大幅降低。该系统已在使用单位稳定运行两年,达到并超过了设计能力,满足了工艺要求。 The low-voltage electric control system for Ф10.37 m × 5.19 mAG mill andeS7.32 m × 10.68 m ball mill was described about its constitution, configuration and main control functions in detail. The two mills were designed and manufactured by CITIC Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., for Dexing Copper Mine. Dual superlarge power motors were applied to the system, so as to realize the whole lubrication with thicker oil film and great decrease in power consumption. The system has been operated stably for two years, with achieving and exceeding the designed capacity as well as meeting the operation requirements.
