摘要 针对磨矿分级过程人工操作劳动强度大、分级精度较低的特点,设计了基于西门子S7-300 PLC的磨矿分级过程监控系统,主要包括控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计,并利用西门子Wincc设计了上位机监控界面,实现了磨矿分级的自动控制和远程监控。该设计使得磨矿分级系统的调节更加快速准确,稳定可靠,提高了系统的自动化水平。 In view of intensive manual labor, low classification accuracy of the grinding and classification process, a monitoring system for grinding and classification process was designed based on Siemens S7-300 PLC, including software system and hardware system. In addition, Siemens Wincc was applied to design the monitoring system for the master computer, so as to realize the automatic control and remote monitor for grinding and classification process. The monitoring system could realize more rapid and more accurate regulation, which could lead to stable and reliable grinding and classification process and higher automation level of the system.
