详细介绍了MB3600/1170/490风扇磨煤机选型理论,对于高海拔地区、高水分和低可磨性的褐煤制粉系统,采用等效理论公式计算、相似工程条件判断和统计归纳分析方法,对制粉系统的各个主参数进行技术分析,全面了解风扇磨煤机制粉系统对神华胜利煤田褐煤的适应性,风扇磨煤机的碾磨出力、电耗、通风量和提升压头等技术参数特性,以及风扇磨克服制粉阻力的能力,为风扇磨的选型决策提供理论依据和建议。
The sizing theory of MB3600/1170/490 beater wheel mill was introduced in detail. For highaltitude zones, pulverizing system for high moisture and low grin&ability brown coal was analyzed about its main parameters by using the equivalent theoretical formula, similar project conditional judgment and statistical inductive analysis, so as to comprehensively understand the adaptability of the beater wheel mill pulverizing system to Shenhua Shengli brown coal, characteristics of technical parameters of the beater wheel mill such as milling force, power consumption, ventilation rate and lifting pressure head etc., as well as the capacity of beater wheel mill to overcome the milling resistance. The study offered theoretical basis for the sizing of the beater wheel mill.
