摘要
通过对煤矿圆环链使用过程中存在的紧链问题的论述,分析了电动机反转式紧链、专设液压马达紧链及手拉葫芦张紧等方式的不足之处,研发了具有自主知识产权的新型便携式紧链装置,详细阐述了其液压控制系统,并且用ANSYS软件分析了关键零件连接块的受力情况,从而验证了该设计的合理性。
After narrating the tensioning of the mine-used round-link chain during its service, the paper analyzed the chain tensioning with inverse rotation of motor, chain tensioning with special hydraulic motor and chain tensioning with chain hoist, and pointed out their poor adaptability. In addition, a portable chain tensioning device with intellectual property right was developed, and its hydraulic control system was expounded. At last, ANSYS was applied to analyze the force status of the key component joint block, and reasonableness of the design was verified by analysis results.
