摘要 射流冲击器配合PDC钻头在超深井中应用可有效提高机械钻速。在简要介绍旋冲钻井破岩机理和射流冲击器的工作原理与性能特点之后,对应用于新疆塔河工区的YSC-178射流冲击器的技术参数进行了优化,选择冲击器活塞行程15 mm,冲锤质量45 kg,分流孔直径13 mm,确定冲击功193~268 J,冲击频率6~19 Hz,压耗1~3 MPa。最后对YSC-178射流冲击器在S116-3井的应用情况进行了详细分析,指出该型射流冲击器与PDC钻头配合进行超深井钻井提速是可行的,应用井例的机械钻速较邻井显著提高。 Application of jet hammer combined with PDC bit in superdeep wells can effectively improve rate of penetration (ROP). First, a brief introduction to the rock-breaking mechanism of rotary impact drilling and operat ing principle and performance features of jet hammer was given. Then, the technological parameters of YSC - 178 jet hammer applied in Xinjiang Tahe Industrial Zone were optimized. The hammer piston stroke was chosen as 15 mm, the hammer weight as 45 kg and the relief-hole diameter as 13 mm. The impact energy was determined as 193 268 J, the impact frequency as 6 -19 Hz and the pressure loss as 1 - 3 MPa. Finally, a detailed analysis of the application of the 1 -3 MPa jet hammer in Well S116 -3 was conducted, pointing out that it is feasible to combine the hammer and PDC bit to improve drilling speed in superdeep wells. The ROP of the well in question rises remarkably, compared with that of neighboring wells.
