摘要
对钻井污水处理装置离心分离橇进行了工业性试验研究,探讨了各处理单元的工作机理和功效,对分离橇的核心处理单元卧螺离心机的工作参数进行了试验优化,对絮凝剂进行了筛选。现场试验结果表明,卧螺离心机适合处理钻井污水的工作参数范围为大长径比、高溢流堰板、分离因数1 314~1 716、差转速5~12 r/min;离心分离橇采用除油缓冲→离心分离→吸附过滤工艺处理钻井污水,出水浊度达到20 NTU以下,色度明显降低,能够达到配钻井液和完钻后的替换钻井液等回用要求,也可作为达标排放处理设备的进水。该处理工艺具有设备结构紧凑,便于移运,人工参与少,能连续运行的特点,适合钻井队的使用工况。
An industrial test of the centrifugal separation skid on drilling wastewater treatment unit was conducted. The operating mechanism and efficiency of the treatment components of the unit were discussed. The operating parameters of the horizontal decanter centrifuge as the key treatment component of the skid were optimized through test. The flocculating agent was screened. The field test shows that the operating parameters suitable for the decanter centrifuge in treatment of drilling wastewater are large length-diameter ratio, high overflow weir plate, separation factor 1 314 - 1 716, and differential speed 5 - 12 r/min. The skid adopts the wastewater treatment technology of de-oiling buffering, centrifugal separation and adsorption filtration. The turbidity of the water at the outlet reaches 20 NTU below. The chromaticity decreases remarkably. It can satisfy the recycling requirement for mud preparation and mud replacement after drilling completion. It can also be used as inflow of standard discharge treatment equipment. The treatment technology is characterized by compact structure, easy transportation, and few manual operations. It is suitable for the operating condition of drilling crews.
