摘要 为了有效解决射孔压裂不压井技术中存在的问题,开展了以新型防喷丢手封隔器为重点的射孔压裂不压井技术研究。该技术在压裂完和射孔枪定位、起爆后直接封隔油层,可有效预防井喷事故。在射孔压裂管柱底部连接防喷丢手封隔器,完井后处于不坐封、不坐卡状态,不影响油井正常生产及水井正常配注。室内试验及现场应用结果表明,整套工具的各项技术指标都满足设计要求,工具在井下能够顺利完成锚定、胶筒密封和管柱丢手等各项规定动作,且开关动作灵活。 To solve effectively the problems existing in perforation and fracture snubbing operation, investigation in the perforation and fracture snubbing technology was conducted with the neotype BOP release packer as the focus of study. The technology directly packs off the oil layer after fracturing completion and perforating gun' s positioning and detonation. This can effectively prevent blowout. The BOP release packer is connected at the bottom of the perforation fracture string, which is not subject to setting and sticking after completion. The normal oil-well production and water-well injection allocation will not be affected. The laboratory test and field application show that all the technological indexes of the tool satisfy the design requirement. The tool can smoothly achieve the required movements such as downhole anchoring, packer rubber sealing and string releasing. Moreover, the switching movements are flexible and desirable.
