摘要 通过分析长期保存的根本宗旨、长期保存的实践发展、长期保存的模式发展和长期保存的客观职能流程以及长期保存公共服务的现状,梳理出数字资源长期保存公共服务的权利诉求,建立数字资源长期保存公共服务的授权机制。 Through analyzing the ultimate purpose, practices, models, functional procedures and slatus quo of repository public service, the paper sorts out the rights claims of public service, and builds the authorization mechanism for digital repository public service.
