摘要
红花是重要的活血化瘀中草药,红花黄色素(safflower yellow,SY)作为红花的主要成分之一,具有重要的药理作用,因其活血化瘀功效而被广泛应用于心脑血管疾病防治中。介绍了SY的化学成分、理化特性及作用机理,重点介绍了其药理作用及应用,并对其前景进行了展望。
Safflower is a plant of herbs, which belongs to Chinese tradational herbal medicine. Safflower yellow （SY） pigment is one of the main effective components of safflower, and has important pharmacological functions. The effect of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating of SY is widely used in modem medicine for cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, we mainly introduce the chemical composition, physical and chemical properties of SY pigment, as well as its mechanism of action and pharmacological effects, and its application prospect.
