载流薄板中裂纹形成瞬间尖端附近的热电磁场

摘要 给出了载流无限大薄板在形成裂纹的瞬间,尖端区域附近的电流密度以及由于集中效应而产生的焦耳热源功率表达式。在此基础上,通过对热传导方程求解温度场,得到了裂纹尖端区域的温度表达式.通过算例分析证实了:在电磁场作用瞬间,由于裂尖处的热集中效应,能够使其在附近一定范围内熔化形成微小焊口.从而可达到阻止裂纹扩展的目的。 The expressions of current intensity and Joule heat soure power due to the concendation effect are given at the moment while the crack is being formed in a current -carrying infinite plate . Based on the solution of heat conduction equation , the temperature field around the crack tips can be obtained It is shown in the examples that a small welded joint can be formed in a small sphere near the tip of the crack as the result of heat cocentration effect ,at the transient moment when the time electromagnetic is applied So the propogation of the crack could be prevented .
