摘要
运用非参数DEA方法和参数SFA方法,对我国2001—2010年30个省级行政区信息服务业技术效率进行比较分析。结果表明:DEA和SFA方法测算技术效率平均值存在显著差异,但高度相关,达到68.3%;排序方面呈现较强的一致性,达到70.6%。SFA方法则算得到的全国、东中西部地区技术效率值均呈现明显收敛趋势,DEA方法测算的技术效率值均呈现绝对β趋同。DEA和SFA技术效率值与信息服务业经济绩效均呈现显著的正向相关。同时运用两种方法进行评价,可以实现非参数方法和参数方法的优势互补,增强评价结果的可信度和稳健性。
The purpose of this paper is to estimate the efficiencies of information service industry in China based on data from the period 2001--2010 by applying data envelopment analysis (DEA) and stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) to compute efficiency estimates, and the empirical results are compared. The main conclusions of the paper are listed as followings. The mean efficiency measured by DEA and SFA is remarkable difference, but has a high correlation up to 68.3%, and a significant consistency up to 70.6%. The efficiency calculated by SFA presents an obvious trend of convergence while efficiency computed by DEA is with an absolute b convergence in the east- ern, the central, the western region as well as China. The efficiency calculated by DEA and SFA is positive and significant with the regional GDP of information service industry. The paper also finds that the application of DEA and SFA together can make non-parametric and parametric approach complement, and strengthen the credibili- ty and stabilization of the evaluation results
