摘要
导航产品中许多关键、重要的电器元件必须采用环氧树脂进行灌封 ,并要求满足规定的电性能参数 ,在高低温反复冲击实验中不开裂。为了提高产品的质量 ,作者针对惯性元件的结构特点和技术要求 ,研究了环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂、填料的选择对其灌封胶性能的影响 。
Many key electrical components of navigation products must be teemed with epoxy resin,satisfied with required electricalperformance parameters,and not cracked in repeated highlow temperature shock experiment.In order to raise product qualities,the authors studied the influences of epoxy resin,curing agent,plastizer and stuffing on the performance of casting glue according to the construct characteristic of inertial components,and discussed the existed and noticeable problems in teeming technique.
