山东省肺结核病人治疗延迟情况及影响因素分析

Analysis on Treatment Delay of Tuberculosis Patients and its Influencing Factors

目的了解山东省肺结核病人治疗延迟情况,探讨其影响因素,为改善结核病人治疗延迟提供依据。方法随机抽取山东省6个县(区)819名肺结核病人进行问卷调查,对就诊延迟的肺结核病人进行影响因素分析。结果调查的819名肺结核病人中,治疗延迟者254人,占31.0%;就诊未延迟者565人,占69.0%。性别、家庭经济状况在当地水平、确诊症状是否加重是影响肺结核病人治疗延迟的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论肺结核病人治疗延迟现象仍很严重,需采取多种措施减少其延迟率。

Objective To understand the situation of treat- ment delay of tuberculosis patients, and explore its influencing factors, in order to provide bases for improving treatment delay. Methods 819 ca- ses of tuberculosis patients were sampled from six cities of ShanDong Prov- ince, and data was collected by questionnaire ,which was analyzed by influ- encing factors test. Results For the 819 cases of tuberculosis patients who were surveyed,254 （ 31.0 % ） of them were treatment delayed, and 565 （69.0%） were not delayed. Gender, family economic situation at the local level, whether diagnosed symptoms being worse or not are major factors af- fecting tuberculosis treatment delay （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The phe- nomenon of treatment delay among tuberculosis patients is still very serious, and a variety of measures should be taken to reduce the proportion of it.
