摘要
芦村污水处理厂现状采用离心浓缩一体化设备,脱水污泥含水率在80%左右,无法满足填埋场混合填埋标准要求。为此采用重力浓缩/调理/板框压滤机进行深度脱水处理,能将污泥含水率控制在60%以下,不仅符合混合填埋要求,而且进一步减小了污泥体积。介绍了工艺流程、主要构筑物设计、设备配置情况等,并对运行情况进行了简要分析。
At present, centrifugal dewaterers are used at Lucun WWTP, and the water content of dewatered sludge cake is about 80%, which can not meet the standard requirements for mixed landfill. The advanced dewatering technologies of gravity thickening/conditioning/plate and frame filter press ena-ble the water content of dewatered sludge cake to reach below 60%. The landfill requirements can be met and the sludge volume can be reduced. The process flow, the design of main structures and the equip-ment configuration were introduced, and the operation of the process was analyzed.
