一体化池在江苏某小城镇污水处理厂中的应用

摘要 江苏某小城镇污水处理厂设计规模为0.3×104m3/d,采用预处理/一体化池/深度处理工艺。通过优化设计,将调节池,生化池厌氧区、缺氧区、好氧区,二沉池,絮凝反应斜管沉淀池,污泥回流系统整合为一体,形成一体化池。该工艺具有占地面积小、投资省、能耗低、原水适应能力强、运行管理方便的突出优点,对小城镇污水处理厂具有较好的适用性。出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。介绍了该工程的设计参数、处理工艺流程及其设计特点,可为小城镇污水处理厂提供借鉴。 The combined process of pre-treatment, integrated tank, advanced treatment was used in a small town sewage treatment plant in Jiangsu Province, and its design capacity is 0.3 × 10^4 m^3/d. Through optimization, the equalization tank, anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, secondary sedi-mentation tank, flocculation and inclined tube settler and sludge return system were combined, thus the integrated tank was formed. This process has advantages such as small footprint, low investment, low en- ergy consumption, strong adaptability to raw wastewater and easy management thus can be adaptable to small town sewage treatment plant. The effluent quality meets the first class A criteria specified in Dis-charge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002 ). The design parameters, process flow and design characteristics of this project were presented.
