摘要
目前我国铁路动车组密闭式集便器污物的接收系统全部采用真空卸污系统。真空卸污系统设计的主要内容为真空机组选型和真空管道的设计。通过对上海南动车所真空管道设计的分析,探讨了关键节点、管道提升高度、压力损失等设计参数对真空系统的影响,并通过实际工程对相关技术参数进行验证,为真空卸污系统的设计和应用提供参考。
At present, vacuum sewer system is adopted as the sewage collection system for all the CRH trains in China. The type of vacuum pump and design of vacuum pipes are major factors which in-fluence the vacuum sewer system. The design of vacuum pipes of Shanghai South Depot was analyzed. The effects of key nodes, pipe lift height, pressure loss and other parameters on the vacuum sewer system were discussed. The relevant technical parameters were verified by engineering projects, which provided reference for the design and application of vacuum sewer system.
