摘要
采用常压消解技术消解城市污水处理厂污泥样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定污泥样品中的铬,设定了最佳的样品处理与仪器测定条件。在0.00~4.00 mg/L之间相关系数可达0.999 9,以称样量为0.300 0 g计,检出限为5 mg/kg。通过测定国家标准参考物质和加标回收试验,对方法进行了验证,方法的精密度和准确度均能满足污泥环境样品的测试要求。在试验条件下,测定样品中铬加标回收率在96%~101%之间,相对标准偏差<2%。
Samples of sewage sludge were digested by atmospheric pressure digestion method, and chromium in the sample was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The experi-mental conditions for treating and analyzing samples were optimized. The correlation coefficient of stand- ard curve could reach up to 0. 999 9 between 0.00 to 400 mg/L ( calculated as 0. 300 0 g), and the de- tection limit was 5 mg/kg. The method was confirmed by the recoveries of standard additions and stand-ard material. The precision and accuracy of the method met the testing requirement of sludge samples. Under the experimental conditions, the recovery rate of chromium in the sample was in the range of 96% to 101%, and the RSD was less than 2%.
