摘要
采用高效液相色谱法直接测定地表水中的苦味酸。选择恰当的条件,使得苦味酸有较好的峰形和出峰时间,绘制校准曲线线性良好,相关系数为0.999 8,方法的测定下限为2.3μg/L,相对标准偏差在1.28%~4.50%之间,加标回收率为92.8%~104.0%。此方法测定简便、快捷、准确,具有较好的实用价值。
Picric acid in surface water was determined by high performance liquid chromatogra-phy. Appropriate conditions were selected to enable picric acid to have excellent peak shape, peak time and calibration curve. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, the method detection limit was 2.3 μg/L, the relative standard deviation was 1.28% to 4.50% , and the method recovery of standard addition was 92.8% to 104.0%. The method is simple, fast, accurate and practical.
