肇庆数字文化网著作权纠纷案于2011年7月以被告胜诉结案。该案的产生及诉讼过程警示图书馆必须认真学习并严格遵守各项法律法规,同时,图书馆应在现有知识产权法律框架之下努力保证用户的信息获取,为公共利益力争知识产权法律对图书馆的例外,促进版权的平衡。

In July 2011, the Zhaoqing digital cultural network copyright disputes closed and the defendant won the case. The case warns that libraries must comply with laws and regulations strictly. Libraries should strive to ensure users access to information and expand library exception under the ex- isting framework of intellectual property laws, in order to promote the balance of copyright.
