摘要
以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)为基础树脂,氢氧化镁(MH)为阻燃剂,2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化已烷(BPDH)为交联剂,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)为阻燃增效剂,制备一种新型复合材料。研究了复合材料的阻燃性能和高温热老化性能,用扫描电镜(SEM)对断面进行了分析。正交实验结果表明,当HDPE和POE质量比为7∶3、加入80份MH、10份MVQ、10份EVA-g-MAH和1.5份BPDH时,材料老化前后具有很好的性能并能通过耐150℃老化实验。
HDPE and POE as foundation resin, magnesium hydroxide (MH) as flame retardant, 2,5-dimethyl-2, 5 di(tert-butyl peroxy)hexane (BPDH) as crosslinking agent and methyl vinyl silicone rubber (MVQ) as synergistic flame retardant, a halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin composite was prepared. The flame retardant properties and high temperature aging properties of the composite were studied and the fracture surfaces were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The orthogonal experiment results show that these materials have good performance before and after aging, and can pass through 150 ℃ aging experiment with the HDPE/POE mass proportion of 7/3, adding 80phr MH, 10phr MVQ, 10phr EVA-g-MAH and 1.5phr BPDH
